Hi, I'm Whitney.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, the author of Toxic Positivity, and the host of the Calling Home Podcast. I started Calling Home three years ago to help adults have better family relationships.

The holidays are the hardest stretch of the year for so many of our members, and I want you to have somewhere to go. I write the weekly material, answer your questions in the Q&A, and I'll be leading the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year groups myself.
