Family is weird. Our groups are weirdly helpful.

Our groups have a limit of 45 members. Most groups have 20-25 attendees.

The group thrives on member participation, and we would love to hear from you. And it's totally fine if you would prefer to sit and listen. You can do whatever makes you most comfortable.

We require that all participants have their cameras on and be in a safe, quiet, private location. This ensures that all members feel safe in the group.

All group participants must agree to keep any information shared within the group confidential. No photography or video is permitted. We strive to create a culture of honesty, respect, and trust where all members feel safe, secure, and like their privacy is respected. You are welcome to use your initials or a pseudonym when registering and participating in the groups.

You are welcome to attend as many groups as you would like.

Every Tuesday, The Family Cyclebreakers Club members receive group registration links for the week. You can also register by clicking the group times on the calendar. Groups are hosted on Zoom, and space is limited. You must register for groups at least 24 hours before the group meeting time. If registration is closed for a group, it is either full or too late to join.

Each group is one hour long. We ask that you try to arrive on time and stay for the entire group.
